Well as October is the month for breast cancer awareness, and as we care for patients (both male and female) who have been touched by breast cancer it seems very apt that our ball on 3rd October is “Black, White with a hint of pink” meaning I will be the hint of pink!! Then comes Strictly Towcester on 24th October for which I already have my very pink and sparkly dress!!
Tickets for the ball are £35 each, or £325 for a table of 10, which includes drink on arrival, 4 course meal, band, DJ and an all round cracking night as well as raising funds for us. What more can you ask for!!
Dance lessons for Strictly Towcester will start 6 weeks before the event, which is on 24th October at Towcester Leisure centre. We already have an amazing line up of local heroes taking part, who will not only be out of their comfort zone but will also be raising funds for us! Which a lot of them have already started! Michelle Eade from Lime Design has very kindles designed the sponsorship forms as well as posters, tickets and anything else we need designing, with the pink and lime green theme it works amazingly well. We already have heroes collecting sponsorship money to hit their £200 target which is amazing.
We also have 6 people ready and waiting to abseil off the Northampton Lift tower! I’ve already done it with a fear of heights it was an amazing experience and I loved every minute of it!
